Shipping and returns

We are Committed to Delivering your Order Accurately, in Good Condition, and always on Time Promised by us in our Website.

We make our Best Efforts to Ship Each Item in your Order within 2-3 Working Days of the Order. However in some Cases, We may take Longer, up to 5 Working Days, to Ship the Order as we may have to Procure it from Some Other Stores or Our Suppliers.

We Ship on All Week Days (Monday to Saturday), Excluding Public Holidays.

To Ensure that your Order Reaches you in the Fastest Time and in Good Condition, We only Ship Via Reputed Courier Agencies or EMS.

Return Policy :


Damaged or Defective :


There could be Certain Circumstances beyond our Control where you could Receive a Damaged / Defective Product or a Product that is not the same as per your Original Order. We will Replace the Product to your Satisfaction at No Extra Cost. In such Circumstances, Before using the Product, Please get in Touch with our Customer Service Team who will guide you on the Process for the Same.

The Return Process of the Product can be Restricted Depending on the Nature and Category of the Product.


Conditions for Return:

1. Please Notify Us of Receipt of a Damaged / Defective Product within maximum 48 Hours of Delivery.

2. Products/Items should be UNUSED.

3. Products should be Returned in their Original Packaging along with the Original Price Tags, Labels and Invoices.

4. It is Advised that the Return Packets should be Strongly and Adequately Packaged so that there is no further Damage of Goods in Transit.


Refunds:

We will Process the Refund after Receipt of the Product by Global Health Store. Refund will be processed based on the Mode of Payment of the Order

1. Orders Paid by Credit/ Debit Card will be Refunded by Credit Back to the Credit/ Debit Card within 15 Working Days and the Refund will Reflect in the Next Statement.

2. Orders paid by Net Banking Accounts will be Credited Back to Bank Account.

3. For all Other Modes of Payment, We will Send a Refund Cheque. The Cheque will be made in Favor of the Name as in the "Billing Name" Provided at the Time of Placing the Order.


Note :
That we Cannot be held Responsible for Delays in Credit to the Account Holder's Credit Card Issuing Bank Administered by the Cardholder.

(1) In case of Return any Product By Customer, all Responsibility and Expenses and Courier Chargees pay by Customer to Send Product to Our Office.

(2) We Are Not Refund 100% of Client Payment. We Reduce Service Tax + Vat + Rs. 250 Delivery Charge.

(3) Don’t Accept Delivery of any Item whose Outer Package is Damaged or Altered in Any Way. Please Contact Our Support Team, or if you Open the Package and Find that the Item is Damaged.

(4)Products Damaged during use are not Eligible for a Refund or Replacement.

(5)If We are Unable to Replace Damaged or Defective Product We Will Refund your Cost.

(6)If you Return the Goods to be Delivered to you Damaged / Defective Condition, It can also Return Shipping Costs Applicable to you

(7)All product Refund only One Bottle Use, and you don't get any Result.
